We are working closely with a fast growing Telecomms insurance company based in Crewe to recruit for a Call Centre Team Leader to oversee a brand new campaign.
The Team Leaders play a vital role in the call centre. Day to day they lead, coach, and motivate teams, always ensuring that our customers get the best experience possible.
You will work in partnership with the call centre manager and your peers. You will manage and maintain a professional, efficient and customer-focused call centre team through successful leadership.
