Culture Recruitment Group is seeking an account manager with SaaS experience to join our client's inclusive and talented International Account Management team in Sheffield. This is a permanent, full-time SaaS Account Manager position and offers a salary of £35,000- £40,000 (+ £25,000 OTE) and some amazing company benefits, including work from home opportunities. You will be working with a company whose innovative software, digital tools and services help school administrators all across the world.
Some of the primary duties of this Account Manager role include:
● Retaining and growing revenue
● Purposeful account planning against targets
● Building solid relationships with customers
● Prospecting, building and maintaining a robust pipeline
To succeed in this account management position, you should have a track record of upselling and cross-selling within the education space. You should also understand the challenges of selling to schools and be adept at identifying the different influencers and decision-makers that need to be involved to close deals that solve multiple challenges for the school.
Our client also requires the following experience:
● Successfully selling online products and SaaS
● Account planning
● Proficiency and comfort demonstrating software to customers
● Salesforce (keeping accurate records and updating account intelligence)
