Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, having worked for large corporates and start ups in London and Birmingham, and she ran her own Marketing & PR recruitment business for 9 years before joining Culture in February 2022. Sarah is passionate about bringing people and businesses together and delivering exceptional customer service, and she joined Culture as she felt their whole ethos and values very much mirrored her own.
Her mantra is very much about making positive changes to enhance one’s physical and mental wellbeing and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. To quote Richard Branson, “If someone offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!”
Outside of work Sarah loves watching sport and is addicted to athletics, watching not doing these days! In the past few years she has completed the 100 mile Hertfordshire Willow Bikeathon to raise money for Blood Cancers and has run 2 half marathons to raise money for Myeloma. Outside of keeping fit and healthy she has a passion for cake and especially cheesecake!
