Job Title: Claims Assessor / Customer Services Representative (Health Claims)
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 p/a + Excellent benefits
An industry leading life and pensions company has a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Assessor (Health) to join their team. Working out of the head office in Telford, you will have some claims experience already and will be coached through processes and procedures in order to be fully competant at dealing with all typres of health claims such as income protection, critical illness and life insurance.
Must be able to show good analytical skills, customer service skills and empathy towards contacts and customers alike. The confidence to correspond with medical professionals and reviewing sensitive medical data along with the willingness to learn all aspects of health claims for life and pensions products, is essential for this position.
Knowledge & Experience
