My client are a leading software company with a global presence, looking for a Technical Customer Service Executive to join their team.
This role involves assisting customers with technical problems, as well as requiring a high level of IT skills. You will be resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. You will be a clear communicator who's able to think quickly to resolve technical customer issues.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via multiple channels of communication
* Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
* Update internal databases with information about technical issues
* Inform customers about new features and functionalities
* Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
* Service multiple clients concurrently
* 3+ years Experience in a Technical Support role, preferably working with software products previously
* Strong communication skills both written and spoken
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling tough cases
