Reward Coordinator

Culture Recruitment Group is helping a collaborative company recruit a Reward Co-Ordinator for a 6-month full-time contract, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £27,000 pa.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Support the team on a range of cyclical processes (e.g pay review, bonus and benefit renewals) with a particular focus on benefits administration
• Identify and support changes that improve delivery
• Enhance the employee experience across the Society

To apply for this role you'll need a proven track record of working confidently with systems, people data and figures, analysing data and generating information whilst maintaining data accuracy. You'll also need:

• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Experience in recommending and implementing improvements
• Experience in sharing ideas around best practices
