HR Administrator

Do you have human resources admin experience, and are you seeking a new job in Birmingham? Culture Recruitment Group is helping a collaborative company recruit an HR Administrator, on a 6-month full-time contract, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £22,000 pa.

As part of the HR team, you will act as an ambassador for our wider HR team and be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and customer focussed service to our employees. The service that you provide will cover the breadth of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to, the onboarding process, family leave, employee changes and processing leavers.

If you were already up and running in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in last week:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Producing accurate work to a very high standard
• Managing queries
• Process improvements
• Maintaining employee records and assisting in the production of Management Information and people data

To apply for this role you will have previous experience in providing HR administrative support. You'll also need:

• Experience in working with Management Information to produce reports and strong excel skills are desirable
• A customer service focus
• Experience in working towards deadlines
