Employee Relations Assistant

Culture Recruitment Group is helping a collaborative company recruit an Employee Relations Assistant, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £27,000.

As a flexible Employee Relations Assistant, you will provide advice on the frameworks, policies and procedures to functions of the business, support on projects and interventions that support the overall HR People Strategy to ensure delivery of the company's business priorities, whilst protecting it from risk.

In your first few weeks in this Employee Relations Assistant role, you can expect to:

• Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policy and practice, ensuring all legal requirements are met and the business is not exposed to challenge
• Lead and support on Occupational Referrals
• Work closely with ER Advisors and the HR Operations manager to ensure employee relations practices and company policies are regularly updated
• Support or lead on project work associated with ER policies and procedures to ensure these are proactively maintained.

To apply for this Employee Relations Assistant role, you will need to hold an HR qualification or be qualified by experience. You will also require the following:

• Experience in coaching and supporting people managers
• Good understanding of employee relations
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data to identify and respond to trends.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £25,000 to £27,000.
