Culture Recruitment are working with a London based Asset Management client to help them find their new Talent Acquisition Manager.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. The company is experiencing rapid expansion, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of that journey and have an impact on the company's growth as you attract the highest calibre of talent.

Within this role you will…

  • Be responsible for the direct sourcing of candidates
  • Be part of the screening and interviewing process
  • Confidently work with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, as required, taking job briefs, constructing engaging adverts and presenting shortlists
  • Work to the recruitment budget
  • Carry out back-ground checks and referencing for successful candidates, working alongside Compliance to ensure any senior roles that fall within SM&CR have gone through the correct regime
  • Assist in the setting up of a graduate programme
  • Assist in the running of the internship programme
  • Build a talent pool for potential future roles

About you…

  • You will have a proven experience working as an Internal Recruiter within Financial Services, you will need that experience and knowledge of Financial Services due to the regulatory factors that impact recruitment and onboarding processes such as understanding SM&CR
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting from posting adverts to onboarding.
  • You will be a proactive recruiter and have the ability to build connections and a strong network of candidates
  • Being in recruitment you will naturally have great communication skills
  • You are able to build strong working relationships and have excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management experience
