Kate brings with her 9 years of recruitment experience covering a wide range of sector areas and has a particular passion for the HR world.
For the last 6 years Kate has worked on the client side within internal recruitment. This has given her a unique prospective and first-hand experience of HR, enabling her to focus her attention on HR recruitment for Culture. Working in internal recruitment has installed the importance of delivering a great candidate journey and partnering with businesses. Kate has a brilliant grasp on what makes a HR department tick, and understands the intricacies around the roles and what makes a successful HR team work.
Outside of work Kate enjoys keeping fit and running, mainly to counter act the socialising, dining out and the love of festivals. Her happy place is anywhere near water where you’ll find her wakeboarding or slightly more chilled paddle boarding.
